 "Frames exist throughout the environment... the tool of the camera (is) to create not only the outer frame of the shot but to discover inner frames as well." (Pg 118)

My film classes are notorious for requesting Frame-within-a-frame shots in every term, they are one of my favorites to create as they can provide the type of focus not easily gotten any other way. What would have been another set of Polaroids are now points of focus for me to remember some of my favorite people places and cats.
